Callie Herron here, the lady behind Lady Bower Studio. I live for solving the most complex communications challenges from taking technical data and effectively relaying it to a variety of audiences to creating infographics and presentations more likely to land with your audience. Need someone to get your website design and content checked off your to do list? I've got you covered.
After nearly a decade in the communications field, I've started Lady Bower Studio to expand the number of organizations and businesses I can help succeed.
I feel inspired by anyone willing to take the leap in starting their own business. I live for helping people get their point across effectively. I'm detail-oriented, attentive, and fully engaged with each client. You can count on me to stay true to your vision.
Before starting Lady Bower Studio, my work was focused on transforming water quality research into actionable items for farmers and their advisors.
This included developing and updating websites; establishing and implementing communications plans; building media relationships; writing publications, press releases, and blog posts; and creating engaging promotional materials. Prior to that I worked in the public affairs department for the nation's largest farmer-owned organic cooperative.
Food and agriculture will always be a part of my story and a focus of my work.
I was a research assistant at Tufts University while getting my M.S. in Agriculture, Food & Environment with a specialization in communications and business. I've also worked on federal agricultural policy in Washington, DC and helped manage livestock and fruit and vegetable production on a 2,000 acre farm in North Carolina. My background gives me a comprehensive understanding of food and agriculture that I can put to work for you.
